Barfrostløpet offers three distances: 1,500 m, 5,000 m, and 10,000 m, as well as the fun run Run4Fun at 4.3 km. All starts and finishes are outside Tanabru kindergarten, on marked fixed routes in the center of Tanabru. The age limit for the various competition classes is 4-85 years for 1,500 m, 10-85 years for 5,000 m, 12-85 years for 10,000 m, and 6-85 years for Run4Fun. Results will be announced on www.sirbma.no and can be viewed live on EQtiming during the event.
